Frequently Asked Questions
Can I travel for Umrah without a mahram?
Women under 45 must be accompanied by a mahram (father, husband, son, or brother) or travel as part of an official group registered with the Saudi authorities. Women over 45 can travel without a mahram but must travel as part of an organised group. We handle the group registration for you either way.
I'm travelling alone — will I have to pay extra for a private room?
No single supplement is required if you're happy to share. We match you with another same-gender pilgrim so you access the same low shared-room rate as everyone else. If you'd prefer your own room, we'll quote the private-room supplement upfront.
Can a group of female friends or family members travel together?
Yes — we regularly arrange trips for groups of women travelling together, whether that's friends, sisters, or a wider family group. We coordinate rooms and registration for the whole group as one booking.
