What is included in your Umrah packages?

All of our Umrah packages include: return flights from your nearest UK airport, Umrah visa processing, hotel accommodation in both Makkah and Madinah, and airport transfers. Premium and VIP packages also include guided Ziyarat tours and a dedicated trip coordinator.

Are your packages all-inclusive?

Yes. The price you are quoted includes flights, visa, hotels, and transfers. The only things not included are travel insurance (which we strongly recommend) and personal spending money.

Can I customise my Umrah package?

Absolutely. We build bespoke packages for the majority of our clients. You can choose your departure airport, hotel star rating, number of nights, room type, and travel dates. WhatsApp or call us and we will build a package around your exact requirements.

Do you offer packages for groups and families?

Yes. Group and family packages are one of our specialties. We have arranged Umrah for families of 30+ people. We also cater to elderly pilgrims and those with mobility or wheelchair requirements.

What hotels do you work with in Makkah and Madinah?

We work with Voco Makkah, Hilton Suites, Fairmont Makkah, Swissotel Makkah, Conrad Makkah, Pullman ZamZam Madinah, Dar Al Iman Grand, and others. We always prioritise hotels closest to Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi.

How much is the deposit to secure my Umrah package?

Accepted Answer

We require a deposit of just £50 per person to secure your booking and lock in the current price. The remaining balance is due 90 days before your departure date.

Economy packages start from £549 per person (3-star, 7 nights). Standard from £749 (4-star, 10 nights). Premium from £1,099 (5-star, 14 nights). Prices vary by month, room type, and hotel. Contact us for an exact quote.

Do prices vary by month?

Yes. Prices are higher during peak periods — summer holidays (July–August), Christmas (December), Ramadan, and Easter. The most affordable months are January, February, May, and November.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. We can also arrange a payment plan for larger group bookings.

Is there a price match guarantee?

If you find an identical package at a lower price from another ATOL-protected UK operator, contact us and we will do our best to match or beat it.

Do you handle the Umrah visa application?

Yes. Umrah visa processing is included in all of our packages. We handle the entire application on your behalf.

How long does it take to get an Umrah visa?

Accepted Answer

Typically 3–7 working days once we have received all required documents. During busy periods such as Ramadan, allow 10–14 days.

What documents do I need for Umrah?

Valid passport (6+ months remaining), proof of being Muslim (mosque letter), recent passport photo, and meningitis ACWY vaccination certificate. Women under 45 must travel with a mahram or as part of a registered group.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

More than 90 days: loss of deposit only. 60–90 days: 50% refund. Within 60 days: airline and hotel penalties apply. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Is my money protected?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are fully ATOL protected under UK law. If we were to cease trading, your money is protected and you would receive a full refund or be repatriated if already abroad.
